Arts Week 2025 was a powerful celebration of creativity, connection, and community from start to finish. Held April 21–25 across Chattanooga and Hamilton County, the week featured nearly 70 events that highlighted the strength and diversity of our local arts scene.
From public art tours and youth performances to gallery openings and hands-on workshops, Arts Week 2025 was a showcase of the incredible talent living and working in our region. Travelers arriving at the Chattanooga Airport were welcomed by live music performed by local musicians, offering a uniquely Chattanoogan greeting that set the tone
for the week.
The excitement extended to City Hall and the County Courthouse, where both Mayor Tim Kelly and Mayor Weston Wamp issued official proclamations recognizing the importance of the arts in building a vibrant, thriving community. Their words affirmed what we already know: the arts aren’t just a part of our identity—they help define it.
“This week reminded me that the arts are everywhere in Chattanooga—on our stages, in our parks, and in the spaces we pass through every day.”

As one attendee shared, “This week reminded me that the arts are everywhere in Chattanooga—on our stages, in our parks, and in the spaces we pass through every day.”
At ArtsBuild, we believe that the arts should be celebrated not just for one week, but all year long. Thanks to your support, we can ensure that every week is arts week in Chattanooga.
